Bravissimo released a few preview styles from their Winter collection this week. The lovely “Envy”, a great new basic from Panache, which is based on super-popular and beloved-by-Sweets “Jasmine” style, is finally available, and I immediately added it to my wishlist in both colors. Bravissimo also continue to knock it out of the park with their own designs, and my hands-down favorite is the striking “Mademoiselle” half-cup bra:
I know I sometimes complain about red lingerie being uncreative, but this lovely red-and-black combination looks sophisticated, classic, delicate, and stylish. There’s a feeling of lightness and playfulness that’s often absent from full-bust lace lingerie.
Not to mention the fact that the deep, warm red feels absolutely perfect for the cooler Autumn days and the upcoming holiday season.
This summer’s brighter Emerald/Amethyst colorway is still available in many sizes, and the original Black/Blush colorway is on sale, in limited sizes.
I’ve had great luck with Bravissimo’s own-brand bras in the past, and even though I normally don’t wear half-cups (most of the ones I’ve tried have been padded), I’d be curious to try Mademoiselle, to see if the unpadded half-cup shape might win me over. The whole set is so gorgeous I’d probably just want to wander around my apartment with nothing else on. By candlelight, accompanied by a sultry soundtrack. You know, like you do.
What do you think of these early Winter styles? The full new collection will launch next month; I can’t wait to see what Bravissimo have in store! Fingers crossed for some of the full-bust babydolls that are starting to pop up …
Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!
